What do we want to achieve?
Cafés are informal sessions for parents/carers and other family members to attend alongside pupils where appropriate. Cafés are also be accessible to parents and/or carers who have a child with a visual impairment. This space provides shared communication/learning in a safe, informal and sociable environment, allowing you to get involved in your child’s learning. They aim to improve outcomes, emotional health and wellbeing. They bring school and the community together, which benefits pupils, parents/families and teachers alike.
