What’s on at St.Vincent’s?

We have an extensive range of learning experiences available to all visually impaired children.

You do not need to be a pupil at St Vincent’s to attend.

Each Friday Afternoon 1.30 to 3pm we are delighted to offer

Our creative enrichment programme.

Join us for:

  • Ceramics
  • Swimming
  • Touchdown Dance

Free for all attendees


Tuesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm Scouts

Scout group meets at St Vincent’s boys and girls all ages welcome.

(NB Scouting Subs £2.00 weekly)


Enterprise and entrepreneurial learning

School continues with a range of enterprise projects focussed on routes to opportunity and employment, Science, Technology Engineering and Maths (Stem) . Teaching and learning is driven through the ‘Sight Box’ project



Thursday 4pm-5pm The Duke of Edinburgh Award

We offer The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme to young people aged 14 years and over

 Summer Camp 2017

Summer Camp this year will be 14th-18th August. The focus will be sport, film making Information Communication Technology with plenty of fun, friendships and laughter!!

Gaming Technology

School continues to collaborate with Gaming Industry partners with a range of projects come and join us on 14th and 21st June for our gaming workshops which link into our summer camp

Comic generation

School continues with former Marvel Comic editor Tim Quinn developing the Fab 4000 super hero comic. The comic has caught

the interest of Hollywood actors from ‘Super Girl ‘ and ‘Grays Anatomy’ Chyler Leigh and Nathan West. They (and other actors) will visit  St Vincent’s on 30th May with their Hollywood band ‘East of Eli’ come and meet some Hollywood Stars and generate your own super hero for the comic.
